It’s your choice: We’ll hop on a quick call or exchange emails to get to know each other…or both! You tell me about your business, your goals, and what you’re looking for. I’ll walk you through how I can help.

After our chat, I’ll send over a custom proposal that lays out everything clearly. You’ll see the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing upfront.

During our photo shoot, I will gently coach and guide you through natural poses and smiles. We review all images together during the shoot on my iPad to make sure you are happy with how things are going. My shoots are very relaxed and never rushed. We don’t end the shoot until you are satisfied with the images.

After the photo shoot, I will send you a link to a photo proofing gallery for your review. At your convenience, you will email me a list of your selected image/s. There are some exceptions: sometimes companies prefer for their employees to pick their chosen photo on site instead of through a proofing gallery.

Every portrait or headshot package includes retouching options. My retouching style is done with a very light hand to keep you looking like yourself.

After your photo selects are made from your lovely gallery of headshots or portraits, I lightly retouch your photos. I then will email you a link to download your retouched images to a desktop via a zip file.
