Your Corporate Headshot Photography Guide

PHOTOSHOOT SCHEDULE

It's always better to plan the shoot at least 1-2 weeks in advance. I recommend you select some sample photos you like from my website, so I can better understand your ideas and preferences.

MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES

I don’t provide full makeup/hair services for corporate shoots and suggest everyone to come prepared. If you a hair and makeup artist, please contact me and I can set you up with a few great names.

OUTFITS FOR THE SHOOT

Please make sure clothes are pressed and clean. Try new clothes on before the shoot. I don't recommend to wear baggy, bulky clothing, as it will bulk up your profile in the photo. Make a final decision on the outfit for your employees before the shoot, paying attention to such details as corporate branded accessories, tie and so on.

BACKGROUND COLOR

If you already have a certain website style and would like to replicate it, please let me know, so we can prepare/bring all the equipment. On the other hand, if you're not quite sure on what background/style of the headshots you want to go with, you can always browse through my website or ask me and I will guide and help you to make the final decision.

REMINDER

Please send a reminder to your team members and ask them to come prepared and sleep well before the shoot.
Add my name to your building’s security if they require it.

ARRIVAL TIME

I always come at least 30 minutes before the shoot to make sure I’m all set and ready to go on time for you.

SMALL PORTABLE EQUIPMENT

I use modern photography gear and come only with a regular suitcase so we don’t need freight elevator.

RIGHT SPOT IN YOUR OFFICE

Prepare a spot in your office for the shoot. Don't worry about the natural lighting, as I bring my own strobe lights. I don't need a lot of space and can even set it up in a hallway. On the other hand, it's always better to have an allocated space (like a conference room) which will be more comfortable for your team members so they can feel more relaxed during the shoot.

TEST PHOTO

I will do a series of test photos before we start the actual shoot to make sure that everything looks exactly as you desire.

PROOFING GALLERY

After the shoot, I will provide you with a private link to view all photos from the day.

PHOTO EDITING PROCESS

Our corporate headshot retouching services include light wrinkle softening, light shine removal, light stray hair removal, blemish removal, and adding brightness to teeth. If you're planning to use these photos for your corporate website, we can even work directly with your web designer to make sure all the requirements are met.

FILE DELIVERY

All of your retouched headshots will be delivered in high resolution via a link to download them to your desktop.

EXTRA OPTIONS

I can always provide extra options for you, such as candid and group shots that you can use as marketing materials. Just let me know if anything else is needed.
